The BayView Barnhouse is home to me, Mr. Yolo, our daughter, and pup, Odie. We renovated this 1875-built home in 2018. It’s called the Barnhouse because of it’s Red board & batten exterior.

My first renovation! I bought this 1884 home for $24,000, then gutted and rebuilt in 4 months. The process was filmed for a pilot for HGTV in 2017, My Flippin’ Friends. It’s now an Airbnb in Walker’s Point.

Mr. Yolo’s first home after moving back to Milwaukee. He gut renovated this 1898 built home, and we lived in the bungalow before moving into the Barnhouse. I put a the I SPY DIY touch on a few spaces, and now it’s a long-term rental in Bayview.

In Summer on 2019, we did a complete DIY renovation on a Duplex. It took around 7 months to renovate this home, and Baby Yolo showed up just as we were putting on the finishing touches! It’s now an Airbnb in Walker’s Point.
