#ISPYDIYSTUDIO Update

Remember my rug roundup? Number 1 just arrived in the mail, and I was a little hesitate because it was only $99 for a 6’7″x9’10”, but it’s great! I am in turbo mode trying to decorate I Spy DIY Studio for an upcoming open house, but at the same time am overthinking every purchase. This one was a no brainer because of the price, and I am pleasantly surprised at the great quality and the vibrant pop of color this rug brings to the space. I am branching out from yellow in my last studio, and bringing in more color and earthy accents like the slab sidetable (DIY in progress). We are honestly trying not to clutter up the studio, but want to make sure to have a comfortable chill area, which is officially coming together with the addiction of the area rug. Moral of the story: new rug is a double thumbs up!

Do you know where that rug is from? Cause in Portugal that’s so tipical and it’s part of our homes since “last century” it’s done with a handmade technic and we call it “passadeira” meaning they are durable, strong and done to areas where supposedely we walk a lot.
