Home Inspiration, INSPIRATIONS

When I moved into a new apartment with more space, the plan was to live a more minimal and clutter free life…but then I decided it was way more fun to start collecting things to fill the space! (I shake my head as I type this…) I would not call it a collection quite yet, but I have purchased a few globes and am in the market for more, because a globe grouping looks crazy cool, right? I dig finding them at vintage stores, chatting up people about the the backstory, and determining the date of origin based off the countries that existed. I found a black globe that I was obsessed with at the thrift store a couple weeks back, but passes because the price was too high…but I am still thinking about it, so it might be time to go back and haggle over the price. I also have some DIY ideas I would love to try on a cheaper globe that’s looking for a makeover. Stay tuned!

I hate clutter around my living space but I think when it comes to globes I’d make an exception! I know what you mean, they just look cool and in addition to that they inspire you to travel more. To be honest I am more of a world-map-kinda-gal but wouldn’t say no to one of these black or white globes for my coffee table 🙂
