I SPY BUYS | Lace-up Dresses under $150

Whew! We are in the heat of the Summer, and humidity has been at an all time high. On these hot days, all I can bring myself to throw on is a light dress, and my current favorite is a lace-up tunic I picked up earlier in the season.
