My globe love is ever-growing! I found this one while thrifting the other day, and thought the base was beyond cool, but the globe was rather basic. With a little spray paint I gave it a DIY makeover. The other item currently on my love-list is paper airplane figures, so thought it was only fitting to chalk one on my newest globe! The details | Remember this Dino ring holder DIY from years ago? 

What you need:
Globe (I thrifted mine)
Chalkboard Spray paint 
Montana CopperChrome Spray-paint
Chalk

What to do:
If you can take your globe off the base, if not, tape off the area you what to spray paint
Spray paint the base copper.
Spray paint the globe black with chalkboard paint.
Draw on the globe with chalk. Done!
