If you all have been following along on ISPYDIY snapchat, you saw that a month or so ago I was building a headboard for my bed, finally! I knew I wanted to make something out of wood, cutting it to create a pattern. After buying a new miter saw (yay power tools!) and a bunch of wood, I practiced my cuts then put together the prices to create something I am pretty proud of. I finally moved it into my bedroom, so stay tuned, and in the meantime enjoy some of my inspiration for this project!

Yesyesyesyes! Our headboard fell off the end of our bed, like a year ago and we have it propped up with a blanket stuffed behind it to keep it level. I think it’s time for a DIY to fix that. All of those pictures are so beautiful!

Ah, all of these are absolutely gorgeous. I definitely need to look back on this when we move and finally start making a headboard for our bed. We’ve gone without one for far too long! I’m seriously liking the fourth one down on the left!
