The other day, I stopped by the grocery store and grabbed some donuts to bring to the office for a mid-week pick-me-up. This may be the best $3.99 decision in my life, because they were a little circles of deliciousness…seriously so good! After scarfing them all down, we immediately brainstormed a platter to express our happiness (and an excuse to buy more donuts).  YUM was the overwhelming response in the office, but I love that this is project lets you get as creative as you want, and come up with your own personalized message or design. What would you write?! Steps after the break…

Stick the outline of the vinyl letters to the platter, spelling out your saying.
Color inside the stencil with the gold pen. Let dry.
Peel off stickers.
Paint the surface with dishwater safe ModPodge. Let dry.

Note: It is not recommended to place food directly on the ModPodge. Instead, lay on a napkin between surface of the platter and food, or only decorate edges. Platter can be washed on the top shelf of wash machine.
