HOLIDAY DIY | Wooden Painted Eggs
DIY PROJECT, Holiday DIY, Home DIY
Warmer weather means Spring is right around the corner! Which means it’s time to start decorating eggs for Easter! I remember loooooving to dye eggs when I was younger (my first dip dying!), but haaaaating the smell of hard boiled eggs. The magical world of crafting quickly fixed that conundrum by creating wooden eggs that are the prefect for any DIY technique. There are are million amazing egg designs out there (enter Pinterest black hole search) but I decided to pick a color palette and paint few designs to create a happy little egg family. The gold paint pen worked amazingly on the wood, giving the eggs a shiny metallic touch. The best part, these eggs can be saved and used for years to come!

What a smart idea! I don’t like hard boiled egg smell either, or the blown out egg shells. These are perfect, and they stand by themselves!! Hooray!
