Spring Makeover Fever, is this a thing? I always love to freshen up our spaces, especially our rental properties, at this time of year before we head into busy season. Adding new accessories is such a simple way to change up the look of your home. Here are 9 items I’m loving this season:

Who wouldn’t love a spa retreat in their own home? These linen towels are nice and light, better than the heavy winter ones we had in here before. Having towels for different seasons might just be for you. Also, the sprigs of dried lavender smell so lovely.

Plant Life

I’m a big fan of my local plant stores and garden centers but sometimes you gotta love a faux floral in a home that you are not at everyday (and often forget to water). These are my new favorites from Amazon and I’ve actually used them in a few makeovers over the last few weeks. Adding some faux greenery, especially to a windowless powder room, is a great way to freshen things up.

Hotel Amenities

Using reusable, labeled bottles are the perfect finishing touch on our Airbnb bathroom. If you’ve ever been in a situation where you forgot to bring shampoo and soap in your cosmetic bag then you have an even deeper appreciation for this. Plus the reusable bottles are refillable and produce less plastic waste.

Organic + Natural

Since I went with simple subway and hexagon tile when we gutted and renovated this bathroom, I think having some organic elements is important to keep the space from feeling too cold. I was pleasantly surprised with how great this stump was for the price!
