MY DIY | Holiday Candles

We are in the thick of the holiday season and I have been decorating nonstop to make the apartment festive. After picking up a bunch of flameless candles on a recent shopping trip, I wanted to dress them up a bit and bundle them together for my kitchen table. With a little decorative Scotch Duct Tape I was able to upgrade my candles in no time. You can do the same in a couple simple steps!

How to:
Cut thin pieces of tape
Stick on to candle, wrapping around from top to bottom
Decorate the smaller candles by wrapping the decorative tape around the base
Change the design for every holiday!

I’m so confused why Scotch didn’t think about making the lace one have transparent edges instead of white edges.. the usefulness goes from “AWESOME” to “MEH” because you can’t use that tape on anything that doesn’t have a white background without it looking totally fake.

So simple it’s almost cheating! I love these.

    1. The Flameless candle do not get that hot, so there should not be a prob with the tape sticking
