The walls at I Spy DIY studio are ever changing, and I thought it was about time to give the pegboard wall a little makeover (remember how it looked here and here). I am obsessed with Jenna Kutcher’s inspirational handwritten messages, so wanted to frame them in a couple of Command™ Décor Black Frame Wall Tiles, and display them on my pegboard. The damage free hanging is perfect for me because there is a good chance I will change things up tomrw… got to keep things fresh! Details after the break.

What you need:
Pegboard hooks
3 decorative pegboard baskets
Craft tools such as pliers, foam painting rollers, hammer, tape measure, etc.
2 hand-written quotes on 5×7 pieces of paper
2 Command™ Décor Black Frame Wall Tiles in 5×7

What to do:
Follow all Command™ Brand package instructions for proper surface cleaning and prep, adhesive strip placement and recommended weight claims.
Pegboard organization areas are usually more functional than they are decorative – but that doesn’t mean you can’t enhance the area visually. Check out this simple way to bring a more decorative element to your organized spaces.

1. To start, Lay out all your items on the floor, and move around everything to arrange them the way you would like it to look on the pegboard. Snap a picture on your phone to remember your arrangement.
2. Next attach your frames to the pegboard by removing the protective plastic cover from one Command™ Décor Black Frame Wall Tile. Open the flap and insert one quote in the black frame wall tile. Repeat to fill the second black frame wall tile with the other quote. Mount one black frame wall tile at the upper right hand corner of the pegboard, using the built-in level as a guide. Repeat for the second black frame wall tile, placing it directly to the left of the already-mounted black frame wall tile to complete your decorative pegboard wall.
4. Next, add your additional hooks, baskets and supplies to the wall to complete your pegboard design.
