RENO INSPIRATION | BATHROOM TILE

Home Inspiration, INSPIRATIONS

I finally got to walk though the home I am renovating to start making some plans with my contractor! I am getting so excited to start (still won’t be for another 2 months) and also so freaked out by the number of decisions I am going to have to make. I have been helping my dude with his home reno over the last few months, and when you get into the nitty gritty of supply and labor costs, you start to see how all those super special design elements add up quickly.  My place has two bathrooms, and since they are both on the smaller side, this is one place I would love to spend extra money to make them amazing! I have been ogling over all the tile options here, and a dreaming of bold statements for the floors and walls. Not sure if I get talked out of it for resale reasons…but this is the phase where budget, time and practicality are not a factor, right? What do you think about bold tile in the bathroom? Love it or think you would get sick of it? Worth the money? Good for resale?

I’ve been looking for ages for such tiles for my kitchen, they remind me so much of old Italian rooms!

Stick to basic, then jazz it up with decorations. Best for resale.

the bright blue tile in the 6th photo is a jaw dropper. the bathroom is so white and clean and then BAM! in you face color. I adore it. Only thing is…you couldn’t put a rug in there because it would cover up that beautiful color!

These tiles are beautiful and they just changed the complexion of the bathroom. The 2nd and 3rd tile set is my favorite!
