My Outfit | Fringed scarf

Running around the city all day, I needed an outfit that served both fashion and function. Flats for bopping from store to store picking up supplies, my new PLV bag to carry my camera, plus all my buys, then piled-on DIY details including a bow ring, fringe scarf and my I Spy x c+i bracelet.
