Happy Memorial Day all! I am all home in WI for the weekend, but thought I would pop on the site to share a couple DIY projects I did for InStyle’s huge and beyond helpful Denim story in the June Issue. I love how the Dries inspired jeans turned out, and was thinking how perfect the technique would look on a jean mini skirt! Or a Jean shirt: A Pair and a Spare tried it here!

Loving the bleached denim jeans! I have a few pairs of jeans that are just taking up space..so this would be a good little project to do..to get them back on my legs!

I love the metallic striped pants! I made them, and I absolutely love them! It makes me think about what other creative ideas are out there. Can’t wait to find out!

I love the striped pair . I’m attempting to make them now. Except i already found a way to mess them up , i accidentally used regular paint instead if fabric paint … lol
