INSPIRATIONS
It’s about that time of the year that the cold, snow and gray skies have me dreaming of traveling to somewhere bright and beautiful to inject some color into my life! Can you imagine being surrounded by such breathtaking views?! I currently don’t have any international travel plans (bummer), but I have fun trips to Austin for my birthday and New Orleans for my BFF’s bachelorette weekend in the works, woot! Do you guy have any must see recommendations for both places: great eats, cute coffee shops, best graffiti walls (!)

YES! I don’t think Jamaica gets nearly enough credit for its beauty! The color and the people!! They have amazing views and a rich culture, did you know that the island of Jamaica is where Columbus’ ship the Santa Marie crashed? We zipped line from the jungle in Jamaica, and what they call mountains, we would think of the rolling hills of Tennessee of North Carolina, still beautiful and provided for an awesome view. We also took a guided trip four wheeling through the forrest, we were lead to an awesome cliff and got to jump into the ocean, Pretty cool.

In NOLA: Spotted Cat Music Club on Frenchmen Street – really amazing live jazz music, with a nightmarket on the cobblestone street next door. Also do a walking tour of the garden district. We did both during my cousin’s bachelorette there last summer!

Seeing Santorini again reminds me of my daughters wedding! A truly beautiful island but with black sand on the island its not exactly what you would expect!
I would love to go to Greece. Look how beautiful it is! All the white buildings high on the hill with the gorgeous deep blue ocean. Gasp!
I’m not much of a fan of winter at all, especially the gloomy days! I’m figuring out how to redecorate to add lots of color so it can be bright all year. Have fun in Austin! I was just talking to someone last night who raved about what a great place it is!
Santorini has been on my bucket list for years. Every time I see a photo I can’t stop staring, imagining what it would be like in person!! swoon.
