SHOE DIY | Koosh Ball Flats
Ok, I am sure some of you are thinking that we have lost our minds putting koosh balls on a pair of flats, but we have been seeing these shoes EVERYWHERE! Although they are a little quirky for me, I Spy DIY’s uber cute assistant, Molly, was absolutely enamored with them. She was crushing on the unique embellishment that’s a total childhood throwback…so when she suggested the DIY, it was an immediate “Yes!” (I am such a good boss, haha). This is the simplest project, but we could not help but snap a bunch of silly picture with the uber quirky flats! Sidenote: balancing a pineapple on your feet is much harder than expected. Steps and supplies after the break, Enjoy!
What you do:
Step 1: If your koosh ball has a thick elastic loop somewhere in the middle, find it and glue it down.
Step 2: In that same spot, apply a dab of glue and attach the koosh ball to the toe of the shoe.
Step 3: Glue onto the toe of your shoe, hold in place until the koosh ball stays in place. Let dry completely before wearing.
