MY DIY | Color Block Clutch

DIY PROJECT, Fashion DIY

This is not the first time I’ve decorated clutches, but after spotting this inexpensive pair at Forever 21, I had to scoop them up and add some colorblocking. With a little paint and some studs they get in instant makeover. Steps after the break!

What you need:
Acrylic Paint
Painters Tape
Studs
Glue
Clutch
What to do:
Start by blocking off the bottom, covering up a space in the middle for the stripe.
Paint with blue paint, let dry then remove tape.
Next tape off the stripe down the middle.
Paint yellow, let dry (you may need multiple coats) then peal off tape.
Next, glue on studs on each side of the stripe. Let dry.
Blue and white bag: Tap off two triangles that meet in a point in the center.
Paint one side blue and the other white. Let dry.
